Viet Nam is bringing the world to our doorsteps.  And Viet Nam aspires to become an active, cooperative and responsible partner in the world for peace and development.  Being located at the heart of a dynamic Asia, the age-old and charming Viet Nam of nearly 90 million people, well-acclaimed for our diligence, inquisitiveness, innovation and natural hospitability, is now in the middle of the national cause of industrialisation and modernization, and active integration into the world economy.
The nearly 35 years-old relations of friendship and cooperation between Viet Nam and Singapore have seen fine and rapid developments in the recent years.  Future prospects are very bright.  Viet Nam and Singapore are committed to enhancing the multiple connectivity between the two economies as envisaged by the visionary leaders of our two countries.
